Batch-2 of Advanced Flagship Program
Empowering Trusted Advisors – Unlocking the Potential of Family Enterprises
Dates: 23rd to 27th June, 2025 (Residential Program)
The second batch of the Advanced Flagship Programme of ICAI was successfully conducted at the ICAI Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad. Designed to equip Chartered Accountants with specialised knowledge and practical tools for advising family enterprises, the programme witnessed enthusiastic participation and received highly positive feedback from the delegates.
A total of 19 participants from diverse cities across India attended the programme. The curriculum focused on key areas relevant to family enterprises, including understanding family business dynamics, succession planning, family governance, conflict resolution, and emerging opportunities for trusted advisors in family offices. The faculty panel—comprising Mr. Anil Sainani, Dr. Nupur Pavan Bang, Mr. Munish Randev, and Ms. Gutta Nivedita Chowdary—commended the participants for their high level of engagement, interactivity, and keen interest throughout the sessions.

The inaugural Advanced Flagship Program of ICAI was successfully held at ICAI’s Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad. Designed to empower Chartered Accountants with specialized knowledge and tools for advising family enterprises, the program saw exceptional participation and feedback.
27 attendees from diverse cities across India attended the program. The program focused on understanding family businesses, succession planning, family governance, conflict resolution, family offices, and professional opportunities for trusted advisors in family enterprises. All faculty members, viz. Anil Sainani, Nupur Pavan Bang, Tara Ollapally, and Gutta Nivedita Chowdary, found the participants to be very engaging, interactive, and interested.
